We do hope that lots of our members and people from Cornwall and beyond will get behind the spirit of the charity and take on their own Challenge to raise money for this amazing place. It will make such a difference to the quality of life of people without full mobility because, as Bruno says, we are all equal in the water.
Thank you to the girls taking on a sponsored 12 hour hoola-hoop and the spin team who are going to take on their own epic ‘Challenge’.
Becky (one of the Morgan’s team) is also organising a sky dive to take place next year, so please get in touch with her on 01872 561111 if you would like to take part or sponsor her.
This is an amazing challenge for Becky to take on at 17 years old. Please give her every bit of support you can. Martin Pearce has suggested we try and break a Guinness record
Raise Money For Us
You can follow the link below to the JustGiving website and start raising sponsorship for your event. You will be able to set up your own donations page and allocate any money you raise to be donated directed to the Centre of Challenge and Inspiration.
Please, if you are thinking of doing a sponsored event, consider the Challenge charity and help us make the centre a reality here in Truro.
Helping & Raising Money
We can all benefit from the Centre of Challenge as it will be a brilliant achievement for Cornwall, good for locals to enjoy and good for the economy and it will put us on the map! It will also offer many local charities a fantastic facility to support physical and mental rehabilitation and bring people with little or no mobility from all over the world to this centre so they can take part in sports that are not readily available to them but will offer them freedom from their physical limitations.
